Edith Cooper is one of the nation's leading Black business executives, with a career spanning 30 years on Wall Street. She co-founded the group coaching startup Medley with her daughter to bring her experience in building high-performing environments to a broader audience. Prior to Medley, Edith was a Partner, Executive Vice President, and Head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs. She serves on the boards of Amazon and PepsiCo.

Kanwal Rekhi
Managing Director; Pioneer & First Indian-American NASDAQ CEO · Inventus Capital
Kanwal Rekhi is one of Silicon Valley's most influential pioneers and the first Indian-American founder and CEO to take a company public on the NASDAQ. He co-founded Excelan to commercialize Ethernet and TCP/IP standards, which became the basis of the Internet, and led the company to a successful IPO in 1987 before its merger with Novell. As president of TiE (The IndUS Entrepreneur), he helped build the world's largest mentoring network for Indian entrepreneurs and jump-started India's startup ecosystem. He has mentored over 10,000 entrepreneurs and invested in more than 200 early-stage teams, including Exodus Communications, Poshmark, and redBus. Today he focuses on Inventus, a venture capital fund, and Silicon Valley Quad, an angel syndicate. His memoir, "The Groundbreaker," tells the story of his journey from a refugee family after Partition to becoming a foundational figure in global tech.
